When do I pay?

For Complete Buying Service: 25% engagement retainer upfront (deducted from total), balance at settlement. For other services: 50% at engagement, 50% at settlement. You only pay the balance when we successfully secure your property.
Do you charge extra for off-market properties?

What if you can't find a suitable property?
